My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms had elegant interiors and a nice view of the street, although they were a bit aged as expected from an NH property. A kettle and complimentary coffee would have been a nice addition. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very pleasant and accommodating, especially Diego at the reception. The location was perfect for exploring Santa Cruz, close to all the attractions and transportation options. The dining experience was good overall, although there were some communication issues. The facilities were well-maintained and contributed to a pleasant stay.

Staying in the stunning island of Tenerife, my room was comfortable with ample space and a great view towards the street.
